the lesson was fine, but for some reason my picture would not download. Thanks Alyson for the assist! This is something that I don't think I will ever use....a little too public!
Nice photo, Susie! There are lots of ways that libraries can use flickr to get pictures and information on the web. It can be fun and useful.
I know what you mean about not wanting your own photos to be public. If you establish a flickr account and upload your own photos, you can mark them as either public or private. For example, if you were viewing my flickr account http://flickr.com/photos/lmkag56 you will see only the pictures that I have marked as public (there are lots of library picures!) I have some private pictures in my account that are only visible to my family and friends that I designate.
